My research interests surround aquatic biology especially algal ecology and
taxonomy of the Florida Everglades, population and community ecology,
speciation and the study of aquatic ecosystem health. My current work
involves the study of algal biology, taxonomy and ecology, particularly that
of cyanobacteria.
